Sunny skies are an every day sight during the dry season, which starts at the end of March and runs through September. Temeratures vary quite a bit, but generally you can expect temperatures to be from 60-90 degrees during the day, and 40-60 degrees at night, with July being the middle of their winter with the coolest temperatures.

PLAINS GAME SAFARIS
These Safaris are based in the heart of the prolific East Cape hunting grounds of South Africa. More species of quality animals are to be found here than anywhere else in the country.
The concessions are hugely diverse in scenery, terrain, topography and altitude. They encompass coastlands, mountains, savannah plains, forests, grass lands and heavy bush country. It is an internationally recognised fact that these concessions are amongst the best in Africa. They boast a wide variety of species, the best of trophy quality and the largest huntable herds. The concessions are within easy reach of each other by vehicle.
Most of the plains game hunting is spotting & stalking. A good pair of binoculars is needed for glassing hill sides and open plains. The Professional Hunters are excellent in judging trophy quality animals from a distance. These animals are very aware of the surroundings and stalking them is very challenging.
Accommodations are superb! The lodges are unique with African decor. lounges provide the perfect setting for unwinding and sharing stories of the day's hunt. Food is excellent - dinners consist of domestic & wild game meats complemented by fine South African wines. A full service staff keeps the grounds and cabins clean and provides daily laundry service, and appreciated amenity.
